DESIGN TIMELINE: The Standard design process takes approximately from 3 to 5 business days to be completed plus a week for delivery from the date we have reviewed and approved the photograph to be lasered into the 3D Crystal.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email message along with detail instructions as to how and where to send us the photograph to be used. Please note that the higher the resolution and picture file quality of the photograph, the better the quality of the finished lasered image will be.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process.
