Ordering an engraved gift from Crystal Impressions is simple, fast, and totally awesome!
1. Choose your size and orientation.
2. Add any optional text and your font choice in the customization section. Remember to check your spelling since we’ll use your text exactly as you type it.
3. Complete the checkout.
4. Send us your photo and order number via Etsy Messaging. For best results, your image should be 2MB or larger.

That’s it!

Please note that we will remove the background in your photo, and the foreground will be transformed into 3D for your engraved picture gift.


HOW MANY FIGURES CAN YOU FIT IN EACH CUBE?
For a full 3D image, we have a certain number of figures we can fit in each cube. However, if your photo has more than the maximum number of figures, we can create your photo in 2D instead.

√ Large: 4 figures

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want to make you happy and 98% of the time our customers rave about their personalized memorials. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Occasionally a customer will ask for a refund or return. When this happens we treat each situation individually. We do not accept returns, simply because once a photo gift or memorial has been personalized it cannot be re-used or re-sold.

Please note, we will not refund an item due to typos in the text you provide. For memorials specifically, we will not refund an item that matches the approved mock-up.
